How to do it
- Find the calories. Pull the stove. Empty the toaster tray. Check pet bowls overnight. Look at bird seed, grease behind the oven, and the refrigerator drip pan.
- Store food like a commercial kitchen. Sealed containers, not original cardboard, for flour, pet food, and bulk grains. Cardboard is harborage and a highway.
- Dry the site. Fix leaks, run exhaust fans, and pull mulch back from siding. Moisture is a pest utility.
- Reduce harborage. Corrugated cardboard, newspaper stacks, and unused appliances are apartments. Recycle them.
