This policy describes how Pest Kill (“Pest Kill,” “we”) collects, uses, and shares information on pest-kill.com. It is written to meet Google’s publisher privacy-disclosure rules, including notice that third parties may set cookies or use identifiers as a result of advertising.

Information we collect

Google Analytics, advertising, and How Google uses data

When Google Analytics is enabled and you have allowed analytics cookies, Google processes usage data (including IP address, device information, and pages viewed) to provide us with aggregated reports. When AdSense or other Google advertising is enabled, Google and partners may use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also learn how Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

We do not pass information to Google that Google could use or recognize as personally identifiable information. We do not merge personally identifiable information with non-personally identifiable information without prior opt-in consent.

How we use information

Legal bases (EEA, UK, Switzerland)

If those laws apply to you: essential cookies and server logs are processed as required to provide the site (contract/legitimate interests). Advertising and non-essential cookies are processed only with consent. You may withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie Policy page. Google’s EU User Consent Policy may also require a certified consent management platform before personalized ads can be served in those regions; until that is configured, we treat advertising cookies as off unless you have consented and ads are enabled.

US state privacy notices (including California)

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising cookies may be considered a “share” or “sale” under some US state laws when they are used for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can reject non-essential cookies to opt out of that sharing on this site. California residents may also use the contact email above with the subject “CCPA request.” We do not have a consumer login; we generally cannot re-identify a browser cookie to a named person unless you emailed us.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not use interest-based advertising to target children.

Retention

Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations. Contact emails are kept long enough to handle the request. The consent cookie lasts up to 180 days.

International transfers

Our hosting and advertising partners may process data in the United States and other countries. Google’s transfers are described in Google’s privacy documentation.
