Pest Kill respects copyright. Original Pest Kill text and graphics may not be copied for another commercial site without permission. Short quotations with attribution and a link are acceptable in the way US fair use ordinarily allows.

Send a notice

To file a DMCA notice, email contact@pest-kill.com with:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• The exact URL of the material on pest-kill.com.
• Your name, address, phone, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or agent.

Counter-notices may be sent to the same address. We may disable or restore material as the statute requires. Repeat infringers may be blocked from the contact form.
