How to get rid of Wolf spiders

Wolf spiders are the large, hairy, fast hunters people call tarantulas (they are not) or recluses (they are not — they have eight eyes in a different pattern and banded legs). They hunt on the ground and may carry an egg sac or spiderlings on the abdomen. A bite can hurt; it is not a recluse necrosis story. Control is door sweeps, reducing ground clutter, and leaving them in the garden if you can stand it — they eat other arthropods.
